Nr. 68) 17 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 9 January 2001, Regulation No 13 of the "Latvian citizenship loss and restore order" Issued for documentation in accordance with the nationality law of article 26 to make a Cabinet of 9 January 2001, Regulation No 13 of the "Latvian citizenship loss and recovery procedures for documenting" (Latvian journal, 2001, no. 7) the following amendments: 1. Deletion of paragraph 3, the words "place of residence".
2. Make point 7 by the following: "7. a Person may submit to the rules of application referred to in paragraph 5 only with the consent of the other parent of the child, except where the other parent of the child is dead, he is deprived of the right of custody, he is legally incompetent, the law is not in the child's birth record of the child's father or the entry made by the mother's instructions."
3. The deletion of paragraph 8, the words "passport or other recognised in the Republic of Latvia".

6. 11.
