Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1055 Riga 2004 December 28 (Mon. No 75 11) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 18 June 2002, the Regulation No 234 "rules on transportable pressure equipment directive for" issued in accordance with the law "on conformity assessment" and article 7 of the law "On technical supervision of dangerous equipment," the second part of article 3 to make the Cabinet June 18, 2002 regulations No. 234 of the rules on the "pressure equipment directive" to be transported (Latvian journal, 2002, 94 no; 2003; 2004, nr. 150.68. no) the following amendments : 1. Delete the second sentence of paragraph 2. 2. Supplement with 2.1 as follows: "the requirements of the pressure equipment directive 2.1-transportable fixed ADR and RID provisions in the agreement. Requirements for transported containers used in international transport by rail to the former Soviet Union (and) that is not a COTIF Member State, laid down in the agreement on the international carriage of goods traffic (SMGS Agreement) and the law on the tanks and bunker of goods transport pour pusvagono. " 3. Make the following paragraph 12.1: "12.1 the road permitted for transport in portable tanks are established in the national labour inspectorate, and the railway transported for tanks, established the national railway administration." 4. Make the informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) Council of 17 September 1984 on the directives 84/525/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to seamless, steel gas cylinders; 2) Council of 17 September 1984 directive 84/526/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to seamless, unalloyed aluminium and aluminium alloy gas cylinders; 3) Council of 17 September 1984 directive 84/527/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to welded unalloyed steel gas cylinders; 4) Council of 29 April 1999, Directive 1999/36/EC on transportable pressure equipment; 5) Commission 4 January 2001, Directive 2001/2/EC adapting to technical progress Council Directive 1999/36/EC on transportable pressure equipment; 6) Commission 6 June 2002 Directive 2002/50/EC adapting to technical progress Council Directive 1999/36/EC on transportable pressure equipment. " 24. Replace annex 1:24.1. the words "(tanks are name, type, model and classification according to the ADR Agreement)" with the words "(tanks are name, type, model and classification according to ADR or RID the rules of the agreement, SMGS Agreement or)"; 24.2. the words "manufacturer's assigned number of tanks" by "tanks". 25. Add to paragraph 8 of annex 1 to the agreement, after the words "ADR" with the words "or the RID regulations or agreement." SMG
