Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 19 in Riga on 11 January 2005 (pr. Nr. 3 §) Amendment 33 military retirement pension law issued in the Republic of Latvia article 81 of the Constitution in order to make military retirement pension Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, no. 8; 2000, no. 9; 2001, nr. 1; Latvian journal, 2004, nr. 199.) amendment and supplement of the transitional provisions in paragraph 8 in the second sentence by the following: "national resistance movement members from the Defence Ministry, the national budget allocated to the funds paid monthly allowances of Cabinet of Ministers and in accordance with the procedure laid down."
