The lease of the vehicle specified in the lease period may not be less than the period of validity of a pass; 8.2. the individual licence or general authorisation for providing postal services a copy (the original show); 8.3. information about merchant rendered postal services and of the geographical area in which services are provided, for the previous year of operation of the postal service (if the merchant is running), or a description of the planned activities (if the merchant starts).
9. to receive the pass, the collection of merchant in the Ministry of the Interior submitted an application and the following documents: 9.1. internal security services of CIS: 9.1.1. documents certifying the ownership or possession of the collection vehicles: 9.1.1.1. If the vehicle is owned, a copy of the registration certificate of the vehicle (the presentation of the original); 9.1.1.2. If the vehicle is leased, a copy of the registration certificate of the vehicle (the original show) and a copy of the lease agreement (the presentation of the original). The lease of the vehicle specified in the lease period may not be less than the period of validity of a pass; 9.1.2. credit reference, which contains the necessary grounds passes, information on cash collection and delivery of the credit institution's branches, the branches addresses, TRANS-portlīdzekļ planned driving routes, as well as stopping; 9.2. security guard merchant: 9.2.1. documents certifying the ownership or possession of the collection vehicles: 9.2.1.1. 10. The pass shall be issued by the operator's property or possession of the existing transport-means that, in the light of this rule 8.3., 9.1.2. and 9.2.4. information referred to, respectively, are necessary for the provision of postal services or cash collection and delivery. 11. 17. If the pass is cancelled or expired, or collection of the postal operator merchant pass the seven working days shall pass to the Ministry, which issued the pass concerned. 18. Where this provision is referred to in paragraph 17, the requirement is not met, the Ministry of internal affairs or the Ministry of transport shall immediately notify the State police and the State joint stock company "Road Safety Directorate", indicating the cancelled permit numbers.
