Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 61, Riga, 25 January 2005 (pr. 6. § 17) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 December 2000, the provisions of the "rules on the No. 421 specially protected habitat types list" Issued in accordance with the species and Habitat Protection Act article 4, paragraph 2, to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 December 2000, the provisions of the "rules on the No. 421 specially protected habitat types list" (Latvian journal, 2000, 446./447.nr.) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with an informative reference to European Union directive the following : "Informative reference to European Union directive rules included provisions deriving from Council of 21 May 1992 Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora." 2. Delete the annex 1.3, 1.4, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9 and 1.11. 3. To supplement the annex to 1.12, 1.13, 1.14.., 1.15, 1.16, 1.17, 1.18, 1.19., 1.20, 1.21 and 1.22 of the following point.: "1.12. Mixed oak, elm and ash Woods river banks 1.13. mixed broadleaf forests 1.14. Juniper groves calcareous meadows 1.15. the seaside Forested dunes 1.16 hillsides and ravine forests of oak woods 1.18 1.17.. Pārmitr in broad-leaved forests 1.19 seaside lowlands Plains dry Sandy heaths, Dry heaths 1.20 1.21. Spruce forest to the osveid terrain shapes 1.22. Wet heaths with Erica tetralix are a grīņ sārten". 4. Delete the 2.1 and 2.2 below. points. 5. Replace annex 2.4 and 2.5 below, the words "in paragraph Kalcifil swamp" with the words "Calcareous bogs" of medicinal products. 6. Delete the attachment point 2.6. 7. Supplement to 2.8, 2.9 and 2.10. subparagraph by the following: "2.8. Sources that comprise the avotkaļķ of 2.9 for the swamps with Calcareous great aslap in cladium mariscus 2.10 minerals rich in sources and source swamps". 8. Delete the annex 3.1., 3.2., 3.3., 3.4., 3.5., 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.12, 3.13 and 3.15. 9. Supplement to 3.16, 3.17, 3.18., 3.19, 3.20, 3.22, and 3.23 3.21. bottom point. the following: "seaside meadows 3.16 3.17 3.18 of sandy Calcareous grasslands. The open Inland dunes with the graying of the kāpsmildzen canescen in the meadows Corynephorus 3.19. pioniersabiedrīb of the Plants calcareous soils Parkveid 3.20 3.21. Express 5.7 of Annex paragraph by the following: "5.7. Avotsūn and garknābīt of the coast of Fontinalis Rhynchostegi Forum riparioid's grown up". 21. Amend Annex 5.9, 5.10, 5.12 and 5.14. section. 22. To express the attachment section 5.17 in the following wording: "5.17 pondweed Potamogeton At long praelong and the Alpine pondweed Potamogeton alpinus stands up". 23. the supplement to the bottom paragraph 5.18 in the following wording: "5.18 River straujtec". 24. The deletion of annex 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5. section. 25. the supplement to annex 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 6.10, 6.11., 6.12., and 6.13. subparagraph by the following: "6.6 With herbs lined grey Dunes 6.7. Perennial vegetation in rocky beaches 6.8. Wet slacks starpkāp 6.9. Grey dunes with Salix repens-creeping Willow 6.10. Grey dunes with sīkkrūm groves 6.11. Sandy beaches with perennial vegetation of 6.12. plants Annual public silty and sandy beaches below 6.13. Annual plant community on the banks of the bands". 26. the supplement to annex 7.8 and 7.9. in this section: "7.8. Offshore sandbanks stones 7.9. Lagoon". 27. Delete 8.1., 8.2., 8.3., 8.4., 8.5., 8.6, 8.7, 8.9., 8.12 and 8.13... 28. To supplement the annex to 8.16 and 8.17 8.15.,. follows the paragraph: "8.15. Kaļķiež outcrops 8.16. Smooth cave 8.17.
