Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 74 2005 in Riga on 1 February (pr. 4. § 7) driving and rest time, driving distance and speed logging equipment usage rules issued under the Highway Traffic Act article 31 the second part 1. determines the order in which the vehicle is equipped with a trans portlīdzekļ driving and rest time, driving distance and speed recording equipment (hereinafter equipment).
