Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 113, Riga 2005 (8 February. 8. § 46) amendment of the Cabinet of Ministers of 26 September 2000, the provisions of the "rules on no 332 of petrol and diesel fuels" conformity assessment Issued in accordance with the law "on conformity assessment" article 7 to make a Cabinet of 26 September 2000, the provisions of the "rules on no 332 of petrol and diesel fuel conformity assessment" (Latvian journal, 2000, 341./343.nr.; 2002, 111 no; 2003, 45, 180. No; 2004, nr. 69, 204) amendment and supplement 25 with the second sentence by the following : "the Republic of Latvia until 31 December 2004 of the imported gasoline and diesel fuel with a maximum sulphur content determined using these standards for methods, greater than 50 mg/kg but not more than 150 mg/kg, respectively (petrol) or 350 mg/kg (diesel), may be marketed: 25.1. merchants who have a license issued by a tax warehouse, you rētāj and approved merchant transaction,-up to 1 May 2005;
25.2. the operator who has been issued a license for the construction of wholesale fuel,-up to 1 May 2005;
