Express 4 by the following: "4. the certification may be eligible: 4.1. embryo transfer, a person who is a graduate in veterinary specialty and who have passed the EC sāmen the activity certified education program; 4.2. evaluation and kontrolvērtēšan of animals: 4.2.1. bovine animals, swine, sheep, goat and horse evaluation and kontrolvērtēšan — people who have higher education in animal husbandry or veterinary specialty, at least two years of certified monitors in professional experience in relevant animal species and which have passed the examination in that subject in the curriculum of the action; 4.2.2. fur, rabbit, chicken, ducks, geese, turkeys, honey bee (APIs mellifera l.) and fenced areas (except hunting farms) evaluation of wild animals kept and the kontrolvērtēšan — people who have higher education in animal husbandry or veterinary specialty, at least two years of experience in the production of animal species which have passed the examination in that subject in the curriculum of the action; 4.3. the artificial insemination of animals — people who have at least vocational secondary education in agriculture (mastered the training program in animal husbandry or veterinary medicine) or professional education in the artificial insemination of animals which have passed the examination in that subject in the curriculum of the action; 4.4. bio-breeding and embryo in realisation — people who have at least vocational secondary education in agriculture (mastered the training program in animal husbandry or veterinary medicine) and who have passed the exam in that subject in the curriculum of the action; 4.5. monitoring in animals: 4.5.1. bovine animals, swine, sheep, goat and horse — under the supervision of a person who is at least vocational secondary education in agriculture (mastered the training program in animal husbandry or veterinary medicine) and who have passed the exam in that subject in the curriculum of the action; 4.5.2. fur, rabbit, chicken, ducks, geese, turkeys, honey bee (APIs mellifera l.) and fenced areas (except hunting farms) keep monitoring wild animals — people who have at least vocational secondary education and who have passed the exam in that action certified education program. " 5. Express 8.4. subparagraph by the following: "8.4. five days after certification to receive the Commission's decision.
