2) Council of 22 December 1995 directive 95/69/EC for certain establishments and intermediaries operating in the animal feed sector, the conditions and arrangements for approving and registering and amending Directives 70/524/EEC, 74/63/EEC, 79/373/EEC and 82/471/EEC;
3) Commission of 9 July 1998 Directive 98/51/EC laying down certain measures for implementing Council Directive 95/69/EC laying down certain establishments and intermediaries operating in the animal feed sector, the approval and registration conditions and order. "
2. Delete paragraph 3.4 of annex 1.
