No 31 5) amendments to the Cabinet of 23 March 2004, the Regulation No 163 "European Community own resources system functional order" Issued in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Act article 14 equipment, first paragraph, point 3 to make the Cabinet of 23 March 2004, the Regulation No 163 "European Community own resources system NASA functional order" (Latvian journal, 2004, nr. 59) the following amendments: 1. Replace the text, the words "company (the company)" (fold) with the word "Merchant" (fold).
2. To replace the words "in paragraph 3.4 of the company" with the word "Merchant".
3. Express 3.5. subparagraph by the following: "3.5. each year, before 1 November, inform the merchant of the sugar production levies in the sugar balance to pay for the construction of previous sales a year."
