No 32 63. §) rules on submission form samples on State legal aid provider status Issued pursuant to the Act on State legal aid article 31, first paragraph 1. determines the sample forms applications to be submitted to the legal aid administration of the legal aid provider status. 2. persons wishing to acquire the status of legal aid provider, fill in the following application form: 2.1 persons in accordance with Latvian law, article 4 of the bar can be a lawyer in the Republic of Latvia (annex 1);
2.2. for sworn notaries, bailiffs and sworn in for action capable individuals who meet all of the Act on State legal aid article 30, first paragraph, point 5 requirements (annex 2);
2.3. national universities recognized that no less than five years the odd racing implement accredited study programme by which learning is awarded legal qualifications and in which the provision of legal assistance to create the course or unit is headed by a doctor of law (annex 3). 3.
