No 35 29) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 21 December 2004, the Regulation No 1036 "health care organization and financing arrangements" Issued in accordance with article 4 of the law on the treatment of 1. make Cabinet December 21, 2004-Regulation No 1036 "health care organization and financing arrangements" (Latvian journal, 2005, no. 9) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 4.4 points below as follows: "4.4. health care reform and optimization of the structure of the provider.";
1.2. the express section 57.1. as follows: 57.1. "family physicians provide health care services, including payment, calculated on the basis of the number of patients registered in the family doctor's patient list, this patient breakdown by age groups and the family doctor service consumption factor (kapitācij money) in accordance with the provisions of Annex 8, for kapitācij of funds not less than 30% of that rule 56 provides for funds paid for primary health care services. The average payment of kapitācij down one patient registered to the family doctor; "
1.3. to complement the chapter III with 69.1 points as follows: "dentists, dental assistant, 69.1, dental nurses and dental work due to higiēnist according to the dental services.";
1.4. to express in this paragraph 82.1: "pay for specialist 82.1. the family doctor to control (with family physician referral) health care services ambulatory ating that each family physician is calculated using one of the down payments: 82.1.1. payment for each registered residents, if at a family doctor's proportion of registered children does not exceed 70%;
82.1.2. payment for each registered residents, if at a family doctor's registered share is over 70% of the children; "
1.5. make 161. paragraph by the following: "(D) the calculation of the coefficient 161. given that the average monthly wage is fixed at: 161.1. doctors: 364 lats;
161.2. treatment and patient care persons — 211 lats;
161.3. treatment and patient care supports people — 153 lats. ";
1.6. make 223.224. point and by the following: "223.2005 1 November in force as laid down by the Agency and the Minister of Health approved this rule 57.1., 69.1 points, 82.1, 84.1 and 52.3. in paragraph 90, 93 and 96 referred to health services tariffs and payments for 2005, the list of health services in 2005, which conform to the provisions of paragraph 6 of annex 1 in the diagnostic study groups and this provision of the annex referred to in point 7 operations as well as this provision of the annex 7 mentioned in paragraph 2, health care services.
