Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 525 Riga, July 19, 2005 (pr. No. 42) the procedure for the recognition of professional qualifications for permanent professional activities in the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the law "About the regulated professions and the recognition of professional qualifications" in article 36, paragraph 8, article 43, first and second subparagraph and article 57, first paragraph, point 1 1. determines the procedure: 1.1., the applicant shall submit any information the institution of recognition of professional qualifications for the issue of certificates of the necessary documents;
1.2. what information in the institution and the institution which issued the certificate of recognition of professional qualifications for regulated professions in the field of activity concerned (hereinafter referred to as the authority which issues the certificate of recognition), consider the applicant's documents submitted for the recognition of professional qualifications for permanent professional activities in the Republic of Latvia to the regulated profession in the application of the General system for the recognition of professional qualifications, the special system for the recognition of professional qualifications or recognition of professional qualifications on the basis of the applicant's professional experience;
1.3. any institution which issues the certificate of recognition, a decision on the applicant's professional qualifications recognition or non-recognition. 2.
