Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 557 Riga, 26 July 2005 (pr. No 43 66) National Agency "Latvian culture Museum" "Charter" Issued Dauder in accordance with public law agency 8. the third paragraph of article i. General questions 1. Public Agency "Latvian culture Museum" Dauder in "" (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) is the supervision of the Minister of culture in public administration. The Minister overseeing the Agency implemented the Museum Administration. 2. the objective of the Agency is to keep, study and promote the Museum's inventory, stressing the importance of the cultural history of the personality, to strengthen the Latvian national identity and promote the integration of society in Latvia, as well as to draw public attention to the architectural monument – the former Latvian President and the Prime Minister Dr. Charles k.ulmaņa summer residence "Dauder in". II. Agency governance functions and tasks of the Agency are the following 3 public administration functions: 3.1 implement Museum policy, maintaining inventory waiting for Latvia's State Grain donated collections of scientific and historical integrity, as well as adding to the inventory of the Museum;
3.2. ensuring appropriate care of Museum inventory, conservation, restoration, and management;
3.3. carry out scientific research;
3.4. to ensure the Museum's inventory is made available to the public;
3.5. to carry out educational work;
3.6. maintain and develop the Museum's operation required infrastructure. 4. in order to ensure the Government functions, the Agency shall: 4.1. published research results, make up the Museum's inventory catalog;
4.2. implementing the exposure and exhibition policy, using the Museum's inventory, as well as from other museums and individuals deposited items;
4.3. provide ongoing exposure and availability, as well as exhibitions organized awareness-raising activities for different groups in society;
4.4. cooperate with educational institutions offering Museum spaces and facilities for cultural events and exhibitions;
4.5. appropriate competency studies on museum objects in the inventory, historic cultural aspects, as well as the first principal of Latvia during the cultural workers;
4.6. ensure the exposure and exhibition design and accessibility for visitors, as well as tour guide services;
4.7. the scientific and educational work, prepare informational and advertising expenses;
4.8. creates informative database of the Museum's inventory;
4.9. participates in international projects on a regular basis exchange trips to foreign countries in order to improve and enhance the quality of the work of the Museum;
4.10. provides the Museum's publicity measures;
4.11. exploring the public demand and analyzes museum services provided you quality assessment;
