Express 8.2. subparagraph by the following: "8.2. submitting that contains the following information: 8.2.1. this rule 11.2. information about referred to invite foreigners;
8.2.2. foreigners in the planned place of residence in the Republic of Latvia;
8.2.3. the purpose of the entry;
8.2.4. proof that a legal person held liable for inviting foreigners in the departure from the country at a specific time;
8.2.5. proof that legal person, if necessary, to cover health care, foreigners stay in the Republic of Latvia and the return home-related expenses;
8.2.6. the proof that the legal person is registered as a taxable person and that it is not the payment of the tax debt, which is administered by the State revenue service; ".
2. Delete paragraph 8.3.
3. Replace paragraph 10, second sentence, the words "the spouse, parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren, as well as" with the words "spouse, his relatives in the ascending or descending lines and their spouses and".
4. Add to paragraph 16, first sentence, after the word "demand" with the word "and" all necessary information.
5. Add to paragraph 19, after the word "endorse" with the words "or approved the invitation" is repealed.
6. Supplement with 19.1 points: ' 19.1 if these rules 8.2.6. the information referred to in the paragraph below, finds that the inviter made false statements, the Board is empowered to take a decision on the prohibition of this legal person to invite foreigners to a further period of six months.
