Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 628, Riga, 23 august 2005 (pr. No 47 25. §) rules on procedure for the recovery of costs and expenses for the authorisation of new food distribution market Issued under the food surveillance law article 20 second paragraph 1. determines the order in which the costs, and the cost of sales for the new issue of the SBA in the food distribution market (hereinafter licence).
2. Where the application for authorisation submitted to the Latvian food centre in the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 1997, Regulation (EC) No 258/97 concerning novel foods and novel food ingredients (hereinafter referred to as Regulation (EC) No 258/97), article 4, paragraph 1, and article 6 (1), the costs associated with the permit 2614.76 lats (VAT Excl.) in the Latvian food centre shall be borne by the applicant.
3. document the Latvian food centre expertise to launch the permit after the provision referred to in paragraph 2 for the planned service credited the Latvian food centre account.
4. If a message was received from the European Commission pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 258/97 article 6, paragraph 4, of the procedures laid down by costs associated with new food assessment report, the evaluation shall be borne by the Latvian food centre for this purpose in the State budget allocated to grants.
