Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 624 in Riga august 23 2005 (pr. No 47) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 February 1999, the Regulation No 34 "naturalization application and review procedures of adoption" Issued under the nationality law of the second subparagraph of article 17 to make 1999 the Cabinet of Ministers of February 2 of Regulation No 34 "naturalization application and examination procedures" (Latvian journal, 1999, 32/; 2000, 435./; 2001, 7, nr. 99; 2003, 63, nr. 161; 2004, nr. 20) the following amendments 1. Replace paragraph 5, the words "to grant nationality to her minor children" with the words "pick up citizenship in their minor children". 2. To supplement the provisions under point 5.1 by the following: "5.1 if the person who has acquired Latvian citizenship through naturalization procedures, please pick up the citizenship of their minor children up to the age of 15, she fills a form N-2.1 (annex 1)." 3. Delete the words in point 11.6. "illegitimate". 4. Supplement with 11.1 points as follows: "11.1 individual who has acquired Latvian citizenship through naturalization, and asked to pick up their citizenship of the minors up to the age of 15, and those provisions documents referred to or their notarised or Naturalization Board certified copies." 5. Replace paragraph 20, the word "at" with the word "together". 6. Replace the words "paragraph 32.3 for the granting of citizenship" with the words "for admission to the Latvian citizenship". 7.
