4. Preschool age children, seniors, the disabled, repressed people, Interior Ministry and its subordinated institutions staff and volunteer members of the fire-fighting Museum of Latvia attends free.
5. return of paid services rendered including the State fire and rescue service Treasury General accounts open and used for financing expenditure under the Act on the State budget the appropriations approved.
