Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 706 in Riga in 2005 (13 September. No 51 25) bovine animals, swine, sheep, goat and horse breeding, and many of the bio certification of embryos issued pursuant to article 16 of the law of Breeding, second subparagraph, and article 17, first paragraph i. Certificate (annex 1), the bio-breeding or many of the embryo (hereinafter certificate) issued by the relevant animal species breeders ' organisation (hereinafter referred to as the Organization). Breeding State inspection certificate may withdraw or suspend its operation for a period of up to one year in the event of failure to comply with the procedure laid down in these provisions. V. concluding questions 11.
