Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 730 in Riga in 2005 on September 27 (Mon. No 54 3) amendments to the Cabinet of 23 November 2004, the Regulation No 964 "food labelling regulations" Issued under the food surveillance article 13 of the law third, consumer protection law, article 21, first paragraph and advertising law article 7 the second subparagraph to make Cabinet of 23 November 2004, the Regulation No 964 "food labelling rules" (Latvian journal, 2004, 188. nr.) the following amendments : 1. Express 14.7. subparagraph by the following: "14.7. European economic area country of manufacturer, packer or seller (importer) name and address;". 2. Replace paragraph 19, first sentence, and paragraph 20, the words "Member State of the European Union" by the words "European economic area". 3. Supplement with 88.1 the point as follows: "88.1 From 25 November 2005 to 25 November 2007 this sentence requirements do not apply to the following food ingredients: glucose syrup to 88.11. wheat base, including dextrose; maltodextrine on wheat base; glucose syrup to barley base; cereals used in distillates for spirits; from eggs obtained 88.12. lysozyme used wine; from eggs obtained albumin, used for the wine and cider quality Enhancer; 88.13. fish gelatine used as sources of vitamins and flavourings; fish gelatine or isinglass used as beer, cider and wine quality improvement; 88.14. fully refined soybean oil and fat; of soya beans derived natural mixed tocopherol (E306), natural D-alpha tocopherol, natural D-alpha tocopherol acetate, natural D-alpha tocopherol sukcināt; fitosterol, derived from vegetable oils, fitosterol esters, derived from soybeans; phytostanol esters derived from soybean oil sterols; 88.15. milk whey used in distillates for spirits; Lactitol. milk (casein) products used for the wine and cider quality improver; 88.16. nuts, used in distillates for spirits; nuts (almonds, walnuts) used in strong alcoholic drinks (for flavoring); 88.17. celery leaf and seed oil; celery seed, oleosveķ; 88.18. mustard oil; mustard seed oil; mustard seed oleosveķ. " 4. Add to the informative reference to directives of the European Union with 14 the following: "14) Commission of 21 March 2005 Directive 2005/26/EC establishing a list of food ingredients or substances provisionally excluded from Annex IIIA of Directive 2000/13/EC". 5. Put the title of annex 1 in the following wording: "food ingredients, allergens, which are mandatory on the label".
