No; 149.125, 2013, no; by 2014, nr. 138.) the following amendments: 1. Replace the figure" in subparagraph 2.1 2710 12 25 "with the number" 21 "2710 12. 2. Express 2.3. subparagraph by the following: "2.3. fuel oil – category III codes 2710 19 51 to 2710 19 68, of and from 2710 20 31 to 2710 20 39." 3. The deletion of paragraph 3, the word "(fuel)." 4. Make a paragraph 5 by the following: "5. the duty rate for the maintenance of emergency stocks are Euro per 11.36 preceding calendar month and consumed in Latvia realised I, II and III categories of oil products." 5. Express 8.2. subparagraph by the following: "8.2. the realized and the amount of petroleum products (in tonnes) and the month for which you made the payment of State fee;". 6. To express the following paragraph 13: "13. Merchants national fees in accordance with the provisions in paragraph 5 of this rate started paying august 2015 for July and the marketed (I), (II) and (iii) categories of oil products." 7.
