Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 391 in Riga, 14 July 2015 (pr. 34.8, §) rules on State fees for receiving information from the population register are issued according to the population register Act article 1 provisions 17.1 a toll payment arrangements as well as incentives and exemptions from payment of State fees for receiving information from the population register (hereinafter register). 2. State fee for receiving information from the registry pay amounting to: 2.1 a person more than twice in any calendar year shall receive all of the information in the registry (in paper form) of yourself and your children who are under 18 years of age, or for custody or guardianship of the person,-7.11 € 2.2. a person who receives this provision 2.1. information referred to in that signed with a secure electronic signature – 5.69 eur; 2.3. information (on paper) for one person, if it is prepared by requesting specified criteria (except this rule 2.7. information referred to in subparagraph): 2.3.1. within five working days-4.28 eur; 2.3.2. during the same working day-8.54 eur; 2.3.3. two hours-14.94 eur; 2.4. information online data transmission mode for one person, if the information prepared by the requester specified criteria: 2.4.1. trusted by an accredited certification-service-provider – 0.50 euro; 2.4.2. other persons than those mentioned in these provisions, in point 2.4.1-1.14 eur; 2.5. information within three working days for one person, if it is prepared by requesting the specified criteria and signed with a secure electronic signature – 2.13 Euro; 2.6. statistical information received in writing-1.64 € per A4 page; 2.7. obtaining the certificate any one person's home address, if the person requests the current information on your own, your child, who is under 18 years old, declared, or persons registered in the specified place of residence or for the custody or guardianship of the person, registered or declared residence – 2.50 euro; 2.8. message for the specified period of the deceased persons (death proof of facts-dead), if the messages are requested for the period: 2.8.1. up to one year,-€ 100.00; 2.8.2. from one to five years, – € 175.00 2.8.3. exceeding five years – 250.00 euro. 3. the amount of State fee reduced by 50 per cent, if this provision 2.3, 2.5 and 2.7. information referred to in point 3.1. required: politically repressed person; 3.2. Member of the national resistance movement; 3.3. a person or jointly with a spouse, or the spouse of the person concerned has three or more children under the age of 18 years (also in custody or placed on audžuģimen children); 3.4. the assignee, trustee or custodian for custody or guardianship of the person. 4. From the State duty payment is exempt such persons requiring this provision 2.3, 2.5 and 2.7. information referred to in point: 4.1 a person with a disability; 4.2. the Chernobyl nuclear power plant emergency relief Member; 4.3. a person who has reached age pensions in the Republic of Latvia for the granting of a certain age; 4.4. the person to whom the Republic of Latvia granted an old-age pension; 4.5. the poor family or individual deprived of living person. 5. If the citizenship and Migration Board or the Latvian diplomatic and consular representations abroad, or of a municipality or its established authority does not have the message on the person's nationality rules in paragraph 3 or 4 above, a person or authority, presented a document proving the status. 6. before the receipt of the information from the register shall state the payment of the fee for the State or local budget: 6.1 with a payment service provider who has the right to provide payment services and payment services, electronic money within the meaning of the Act; 6.2. the citizenship and Immigration Department, Latvian diplomatic and consular office abroad, the municipality or its institution created with the charge card payment card acceptance terminal or other alternative systems if citizenship and Immigration Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, local government, or established authority or intermediate technical support; 6.3. the Latvian diplomatic and consular representation abroad, in cash or by payment in accordance with the country of residence of the nature of the settlement (for example, cash the checks); 6.4. the municipality or its established authority in cash, if the municipality or relevant authority available. 7. State fees include: 7.1 the State budget, if the information is provided by the citizenship and Immigration Office or the Latvian diplomatic and consular representation abroad; 7.2. the municipal budget, if the information is provided in a municipality, or the Authority created. 8. If the decision on the refusal to issue a person information from the registry, the paid State fee shall not be refunded. 9. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of Ministers of 11 December 2007 rules no. 844 "provisions on State fees for receiving information from the population register" (Latvian journal, 2007, nr. 201.; 2010, 65. nr. 113, 178; 2013. no). 10. provisions shall enter into force on 1 august 2015.
