Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 838 2005 in Riga on 8 November (pr. 65. § 17) amendments to the Cabinet on July 22, 2003 by Regulation No 415 "specially protected natural areas protection and general terms of use" Issued in accordance with the law "on especially protected natural territories" of the second subparagraph of article 14 and article 16 to make the Cabinet on July 22, 2003 by Regulation No 415 "specially protected natural areas protection and general terms of use" (Latvian journal, 2003, 112 no; 2004, nr. 173.) the following amendments : 1. Make 2 first sentence of the paragraph by the following: "provisions apply to those protected areas that do not have individual protection and terms of use."
2. the supplement to chapter IX, paragraph 32 as follows: "32. Those protected areas, of which personal protection and terms of use entered into force up to 10 November 2005, the rules applicable to Kuma, insofar as they do not conflict with the personal protection of the protected areas and the terms of use."
