Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 845 2005 in Riga on 8 November (pr. 65. § 12) the rules on vehicle registration duty (vehicle registry fee) Issued under the Road Traffic Act 10.1 article 1. establish national vehicle registration fees (vehicle registry fees) and the arrangements for payment.
