Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 848 of 2005 in Riga on 8 November (pr. No 65 26) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 12 April 2005, regulations no 252 "procedures are assigned to the national budget of the European Community initiative INTERREG programme beneficiaries from the Republic of Latvia" issued under the regional development law in paragraph 2 of article 14 to make a Cabinet of 12 April 2005, regulations no 252 "procedures are assigned to the national budget of the European Community initiative INTERREG programme beneficiaries" of the Republic of Latvia (Latvian journal 63., 2005, no.) the following amendments: 1. the title of Chapter VI to express the following: "VI. Closing questions".
2. Supplement with 42 as follows: "42. This provision 2.1., 2.2., 2.3 and 2.4 of the INTERREG programme referred to funding recipients, which contract with the managing authority of the INTERREG programme concluded in the period from January 1, 2005, to September 1, 2005, an application and documents in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 25 can be submitted until December 1, 2005."
