No 68 24) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 21 June 2005 Regulation No 445 "postal regulations" Issued in accordance with article 2 of the postal law, the second subparagraph of article 7, the fourth and fifth and 7.1 the second paragraph of article do Cabinet on 21 June 2005 Regulation No 445 "mail rules" (Latvian journal, 2005, 105 no) the following amendments: 1. Put point 7 by the following: "7. Mail accepted for shipment to the following classes : 7.1. international mail shall be adopted for shipment by air or land (marine) transport: 7.1.1. "A" class-a forwarding immediately by air or land (marine) transport-priority mail;
7.1.2. the "B" class-transfers possible by air or land (marine) transport-economic post;
7.2. Inland mailings to adopt dispatch: 7.2.1. "A" class-transfers immediately, subject to the provisions set out in article 243. mail forwarding, mail-priority;
7.2.2. "B" class-transfers possible, pursuant to the provisions set out in article 243. mail transfer time-economic. "
2. Make the following paragraph 243:243. "simple correspondence letters mailing transfer time inland (does not apply to shipments that are not designed according to the requirements of this Regulation as well as to the shipments that are sent in bulk) are the following: 243.1."
