Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 894 in Riga 2005 22 November (pr. No 68 47) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 21 June 2005 Regulation No 447 "regulations on national numbering plan" Issued under the electronic communications law article 56 to make Cabinet on 21 June 2005 Regulation No 447 "regulations on national numbering plan" (Latvian journal, 2005, 106 no) the following amendments: 1. Express 2.2. and 2.3. subparagraph by the following: "2.2. the free call service number — not the national geo grāfisk number used for electronic communications services and which are paid using the call recipient;
