Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 896 in Riga 2005 22 November (pr. No 68 50. §) rules for State agencies "Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Agency" public charge provided services price list Issued in accordance with the law on budget and financial management of the ninth article 5 part 1. determines the national agency "Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Agency (hereinafter Agency) public pay-services price list.
2. the Agency shall provide public services in accordance with the fee schedule (annex).
3. the Agency free of charge under the competence of the local authorities provided the information or conditions which require local government planning, detailed planning and the development of the amendments, as well as the State fire and rescue service information related to the functioning of the system of civil protection.
