Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 953 in Riga in 2005 (on 13 December. No 74 37. §) rules on derogations as regards the content of heavy metals in packaging, the packaging recovery percentage amounts (percentages) and the deadlines for registration and reporting procedures and sample form Issued in accordance with article 7 of the law of the Pack, the second paragraph of article 13, article 15 of the second, third, fifth and the third subparagraph of article 19 of the regulations provides: 1 1.1. packaging types and materials, which may apply the exceptions to heavy metal content as well as the time limits within which the relevant derogations may be applied;

12.
