Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 953 in Riga in 2005 (on 13 December. 9. The provisions of paragraph 6 of the said institutions in packaging or a packaging operator shall issue a certificate of registration.
10. 11. The provisions referred to in paragraph 10 of the report shall be submitted to: 11.1. National Environment services of the relevant regional environmental administration? Packer, who has not entered into a contract with the operator of packaging for packaging waste management;
11.2. environmental monitoring national Office? packaging operator that has entered into a contract packer of packaging waste management.
12.
