Nr. 76, 80), amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 October 2004 Regulations No 842 "meeting of senior officials on issues of the European Union Charter" Issued under the State administration of machine article 13 of the law to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 October 2004 Regulations No 842 "meeting of senior officials on issues of the European Union Charter" (Latvian journal, 2004, no. 162; 2005, 88 no) the following amendments: 1. Express 2.4. subparagraph by the following: ' 2.4. agree on a division of tasks according to the competence of the national regulatory authority to for coordination or other disputes cases between national regulatory authorities on issues related to Latvia's membership of the European Union, including the Latvian national position with regard to European Union legislation, the adoption of projects and implementation of representation in the institutions of the European Union; ".
2. Make paragraph 6 by the following: "6. the President of the meeting of the Foreign Ministry's Deputy Secretary of State in the European Union. The meeting in the absence of the President, his functions shall be designated by the Chairman of the meeting of officials. This official is a full member of the meeting. "
