No 76 67) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 6 April 2004 the Regulation No 243 "requirements of end-of life vehicles recycling and environmental claims processing companies" Issued under the management of end-of life vehicles law article 8 the third paragraph of article 9, second and fourth paragraphs, and article 13 of the law "on pollution" in the second paragraph of article 24.2 do Cabinet on 6 April 2004 the Regulation No 243 "requirements of end-of life vehicles recycling and environmental claims processing companies" (Latvian journal in 2004, 65 no; 2005, 119 no). the following amendments: 1. A supplement to chapter I, 3.1 points as follows: 3.1 the Latvian environment, "geology and Meteorology Agency shall prepare and transmit to the Commission (subject to the European Commission in the form of reports specified) report on the State of the vehicle market in Latvia, the transport means end-state territory and end-of life vehicles are material and component reuse and recovery or reuse and over the amount of work. Message will be given 18 months after the end of the period covered. " 2. the title of chapter V be expressed as follows: "v. information to be contained in end-of life vehicles processed business report, and documents to be added to the report". 3. Delete 24.4. section. 4. Supplement to chapter V 24.1 point as follows: "Review 24.1 shall be accompanied by the following documents: 24.11. end-of life vehicles are issued a certificate of destruction for ACC test form (annex 1); 24.12. end-of life vehicles for collection and processing of accounting set loose form (annex 2); 24.13. process for hazardous waste in the quarterly form (annex 3); 24.14. treatment processes and waste materials quarterly form (annex 4).
