Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1039 Riga 2005 (December 27. 77 62) disability certificate issuance and tracking order Issued in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers of 14 law equipment of the first paragraph of article 3 i. General questions 1. determines the disability certificate issuing and accounting procedures. 2. Disability certificate (annex 1) is numbered mandatory document showing the person's disability. Fotokartīt is not required if the disability is not a particular child who reached the age of three years. 10. the Commission or the State Medical Commission disability certificate shall be issued on the day when the decision on the determination of disability. 11. the Commission or the State Medical Commission disability certificate shall be issued or sent by mail, insured letter: 11.1 within five working days, if the Commission or the State Medical Commission's decision on the determination of disability adopted in the residence of the persons with disabilities, the fixed medical institution or prison;

Changing the viewing angle the hologram on the 5-7 degrees, changing colors, and consequently appears in one of the plans with the appropriate color for the position location; 4.2. number of four plan: 4.2.1 first plan is a red background with a handicapped sign, which stands out distinctly black five apples; 4.2.2. the second plan is the blue background, on which stands out the powder the disabled expressed mark and two apples in the same color; 4.2.3. the third plan is the green background, on which stands out the disabled marks – Apple trees-leaves in Orange and black five apples; 4.2.4. the fourth plan is the white outline around the apples all plans that are displayed regardless of the hologram viewing angle and the light that falls on it.
