III. Benefits and bonus. 32. If both parents of the child are officials, the application for the grant of the allowance the official shall indicate the Authority (and its address), the other child's parents, as well as stating that the other parent of the child does not submit the documents to the State civil service law laid down in article 25 of the birth of the child.
33. The birth of a child to an official in the direct regulatory authority may be paid in two parts within six months after the receipt of the official application for child allowance. The first time the cost of benefit payable amount of the part must be not less than 50% of the total amount of the allowance. 37. 42. By 31 December 2006 the State revenue service officials and employees for the determination of pay applied by the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 May 2002, Regulation No 220 "provisions on the system of remuneration of the State revenue service officials and employees".
43. By 1 January 2007 in force loses: 43.1. Cabinet of Ministers of 28 November 2000 No. 415 of the regulations "regulations on national forest service officials (employees) of additional social guarantees" (Latvian journal, 2000, 435./437.nr.);

44. By 31 December 2006 the direct administration of the treatment of persons and social work professionals, wage determination, the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 September 2004, Regulation No 804 "rules on wage system of public institutions financed medical persons and social work professionals."
