3.3. details of the new dog owner (if changing the dog's owner): 3.3.1. physical person's name, surname, personal code, or a legal person, the name, registration number;
3.3.2. the new owner's phone number;
3.3.3. the dog's new range address;
3.4. the dog's date of sterilization;
3.5. the dog's disappearance and discovery date;
3.6. indication of the dog's death or euthanasia;
3.7. the date when the decision on the recognition of dangerous dogs. 4. Data Center database, the existing information about the dog and its owner kept in 25 years, except if that information referred to in paragraph 18. II. recognition of the Dangerous Dog and the further action with their determination 5. Any person may submit to the Office an application for a dog attack (hereinafter application). 6. In the month following the submission of the application by the applicant or the services of any person who is related to a dog attack, may submit a service with a dog attack-related evidence. 7. look for the application created the Commission. The Commission shall consist of five members: 7.1 the three officers, of which one has a higher education in law, but two-higher veterinary education;
7.2. one representative of the local government;

8.3.3. If the dog has already been recognized as dangerous,-on further action with the dog. 9. The dog's owner: 9.1 must not prevent the Commission to observe the dog's behavior;
9.2. at the request of the Commission, presented his identity papers and a dog house (rooms) the animal's passport or a certificate of vaccination. 10. the Commission, at least five working days before the relevant meeting of the Commission shall notify the parties to the hearing date, location and time. 11. the Commission acknowledges the dangerous dog who: 11.1 caused moderate or serious bodily injury to a person or caused his death;
11.2. attacked other animals (vertebrates) and injured them or caused the death;
11.3. it is aggressive and pose a threat to surrounding people and other animals (vertebrates). 12. the Commission may not recognise the dog on this dangerous provision in paragraph 11 of these cases, if the victim is a man: 12.1 or animals (vertebrate) arbitrarily entered the private area;
12.2. the victim teased, tormented or other cruel had treated a dog or attack;
12.3. the victim with their actions threatened the dog directly in the vicinity of human life, health or property or other animals (vertebrates) health or life;
12.4. the dog performed the work task. 13. The Commission may establish such further action with the dangerous dog: 13.1. dog training;
13.2. a dog sterilization;
13.3. the dog's euthanasia law for the protection of animals in certain cases. 14. If the Commission decides to admit a dog as dangerous, it made the appropriate entry in the dog house (rooms) the animal's vaccination certificate or the passport and the owner of the dog shall issue differences in the Ribbon. 15. the Commission one day after making a decision to declare a dog to be dangerous: 15.1 provides the name of the dog, the implantēj chip;

17.4. the local municipality. 18. The data center 24 hours removed from database information about the dog and its owner in the following cases: 18.1. you have received a service message, that the Commission's decision to declare a dog to be dangerous is cancelled;
18.2. you have received this rule 20.7. the information referred to in paragraph below. III. Requirements for keeping a dangerous dog 19. Dangerous Dog must not be used in sport attractions, and at work. 20. Dangerous dog owner: 20.1. should not interfere with this rule 15.1. dog referred to represents the horse;
20.2. ensure that the dog does not get out of the room or enclosed areas unattended and do not come in contact with people or animals;
