Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 107 in Riga in 2006 (7 February. 7. § 18) rules on State legal aid issued by the registry in accordance with the Act on State legal aid article 28 the second part i. General questions 1. national legal aid register (hereinafter register) established procedures, at the amount of information required and access to information. 2. the register is a national information system, which contains information about the national legal aid (hereinafter-legal aid) award, the refusal to grant legal aid, as well as for legal aid providers. 3. the registry administrator and the holder is the legal aid administration (further-Administration). II. the information to be included in the register 5. the register shall include the following: 5.1 for the legal aid provider: 5.1.1 the name (names) the name or business name;
5.1.2. date of birth;
5.1.3. identity number or registration code;
5.1.4. nationality;
5.1.5. details of a document showing the person's legal residence in the Republic of Latvia: 5.1.5.1.;
5.1.5.2. series and number;
5.1.5.3. the date of issue;
5.1.5.4. the issuing and issuing authority;
5.1.5.5. period of validity;
5.1.6. in Latvia the registered residence address or, if the person does not have a registered place of residence, the address of the place of residence;
5.1.7. residence address abroad;
5.1.8. the address of the place of practice;
5.1.9. the location or address, which provides legal aid, if not practice;
5.1.10. contact information (phone, fax number, e-mail address);
5.1.11. the legal aid contract date, number and duration;
5.1.12. the competence and legal aid;
5.2. the legal aid beneficiary: 5.2.1 name (name) and last name;
5.2.2. the date of birth;
5.2.3. the code;
5.2.4. in Latvia the registered residence address or, if the person does not have a registered place of residence, the address of the place of residence;
5.2.5. residence address abroad;
5.2.6. nationality;
5.2.7. the particulars of the document certifying the person's legal residence in the Republic of Latvia: 5.2.7.1.;
5.2.7.2. series and number;
5.2.7.3. the date of issue;
5.2.7.4. issuing and issuing authority;
5.2.7.5. period of validity;
5.2.8. contact information;

5.5.2. the amount of money. 6. Latvian language inserted in the Register message.
