Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 99 in Riga in 2006 (January 31. No 6 52) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 8 October 2002, regulations No 455 "vessel waste and polluted water making arrangements and ship generated waste management plan of the development order Issued in accordance with the law on ports article 7 of the second paragraph of point 6 draw Cabinet-October 8, 2002 regulations No 455" vessel waste and polluted water making arrangements and ship generated waste management plan of the development agenda "(Latvian journal 159., 2002, nr.; 2004, nr. 204.) the following amendments: 1. Express 2.4. subparagraph by the following: ' 2.4. ship waste all waste (including polluted waters and over the fiscal stance resulting in the operation, but not the load surplus and subject to MARPOL 73/78 Annex I, IV and V) and associated with the ship's cargo at the lows, laid down in the MARPOL 73/78 Annex V implementation guidelines; ". 2. Express 2.6. subparagraph by the following: ' 2.6. MARPOL 73/78, the 1973 International Convention for the prevention of pollution from vessels of summer and its 1978 Protocol up-to-date version; ". 3. Supplement with 15.1 points as follows: "15.1 costs (if any) not covered by the sanitary fee shall be levied according to the waste actually delivered by the ship types and quantity." 4. To make the first sentence of paragraph 33, as follows: "33. compliance with these rules in respect of waste and polluted water reception (including ship waste mandatory surrender, before the ship leaves the port) the national environmental services control." 5. Replace paragraph 34, first sentence, the word "and" with the word "or". 6. Delete paragraph 44. 7. Make the informative reference to European Union directives in the following information: "Informative redak reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2000 Directive 2000/59/EC on port reception facilities for ship-generated waste and cargo residues; 2) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 November 2002 Directive 2002/84/EC amending the directives on maritime safety and the prevention of pollution from ships. " 8. Replace paragraph 9 of annex 1 in the table name in the fourth column, the word "recycled" with the word "keep". 9. Replace paragraph 9 of annex 1 in the table in paragraph 2, the words "municipal waste" by the word "waste". 10. Replace annex 1 Note 1 the word "shemical" with the word "chemicals". 11. Replace annex 1.5. subparagraph 2, the words "gross tonnage" with the words "gross tonnage". 12. Supplement to annex 2 3.1.3. subparagraph after the word "tanker" with the words "cargo hold". 13. Replace annex 2 in paragraph 3.3., the words "municipal waste" by the word "waste". 14. Replace the table in annex 4, the words "domestic waste water" with the words "the gutter waters". 15. Replace the table in annex 4, the words "municipal waste" by the word "waste".
