Delete paragraph 2.
2. Make paragraph 5 by the following: "5. The municipality shall record decisions on the award of a certificate (municipalities and of the decisions taken by the relevant authorities received) and on that basis sends privatization and information security certification Center (can there-information centre) and the recipient of the certificate specified in the credit institution which are open or will open his account, certificate lists the persons who have been granted certificates."
3. To make point 7 by the following: "7. a credit institution: 7.1 check documents certifying the identity and capacity of the person;
7.2. give an account number, which shall include the following: 7.2.1. natural persons – ID number;
7.2.2. the entities-the registration number;
7.2.3. If the person is not assigned to this rule 7.2.1 or 7.2.2. the registration number referred to in point or personal ID code-information center identity number;
7.3. opening an account and credited to the assigned certificates only after all point towards that person has the right to open an account or deposit certificates granted in accordance with the State and municipal property privatization and privatization certificates of completion to the use of article 27 of the law, part of the fifth and the municipality and information centre the information provided is identical;

4. Make paragraph 9 by the following: "9. The fee for opening an account and assign a certificate to transfer the open account is the following: 9.1. account opening adult natural persons assigned certificate for transfer-3.80 LVL;
9.2. account opening for underage persons assigned certificate for transfer-1.80 lats;
9.3. account opening for legal entities for transfer of assigned certificates-3.80 LVL;
9.4. reopen the account physical person that has been granted the certificate account transfer,-lats 4.20;
5.9. other account opening-26 lats;
9.6. in addition to the earlier transfer of certificates awarded in the open account-4.20 lats. "
5. Make the following paragraph 13: "13. Privatization certificate book (hereinafter-certificate booklet) in the form of a special form of the certificate shall be issued to the owner after the account service fees paid. Certificate account statement in hair gr form shall be issued free of charge, if the account opens the certificate of transfer or the series in addition to the assigned certificates including the past open account.
