If the product manufacturer or service provider first received information that a particular item or service creates the risk that is incompatible with the General safety requirements, the manufacturer or the service provider immediately, as soon as you have access to all relevant information, but not later than 10 calendar days of completing part I notification form for the product or service that creates the risk that is incompatible with the General safety requirements (annex) and shall submit the statement to the relevant market surveillance authority, but a copy of the notice-dealers.
