2.7. to take stock of the Museum of Latvian audiovisual culture in the field of scientific research;
2.8. to carry out educational work, informing the audience about the various Latvian audiovisual culture;
2.9. to ensure that the inventory of the Museum of Latvian audiovisual culture, accessible to the public. "
3. Supplement with 3.10 3.11, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14, 3.15 and 3.16, subparagraph by the following: "3.10. collect, store, to study and promote Latvian audiovisual cultural spiritual and material values;
3.11. to lead tours, read lectures, organize local and international importance measures to prepare publications in the press, as well as radio and television programmes in the audiovisual field;
3.12. create constant and variable exposure, educational work programme, prepare the publications and films about Latvian audiovisual culture;
3.13. to provide professionals and interested parties consultation of audiovisual culture of Latvia, as well as the methodological assistance;
3.14 make publishing — publish scientific studies and other materials to issue information and advertising in the audiovisual field;
3.15. develop and strengthen cooperation with related organizations in the world and the profile international kinovēstur organizations, researchers in preparing the exhibition, film programs, seminars, workshops, conferences and publications;
