No 13, 20) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 13 April 2004 the Regulation No 286 "Charter" of the Ministry of health Issued pursuant to the public administration Act, article 16 of the equipment, the first paragraph to make the Cabinet of 13 April 2004 the Regulation No 286 "Charter" of the Ministry of health (Latvian journal, 2004, 60 no; 2005, 20, 184. no) the following amendments: 1. Delete paragraph 5.1.4.
2. Make the following paragraph 5.1.6.: "a ensured national 5.1.6. control and monitoring of the epidemiological safety, environmental hygiene, chemical and chemical products, and the use and safety of cosmetic products, as well as to provide the required drinking water safety and quality control and monitoring of the public drinking water supply systems;".
3. Make the following paragraph 5.2.9: "5.2.9. provide health care medical technologies used approval;".
