No 13) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 17 august 2004, regulations No 716 "military intelligence and Security Service Charter" Issued in accordance with the law of public administration facilities 16(1) first subparagraph make the Cabinet of 17 august 2004, regulations No 716 "military intelligence and Security Service Charter" (Latvian journal, 2004, 133. no) the following amendments: 1. Make paragraph 5 by the following: "5. the personnel of the Authority's officers and staff. Officials accept service and released from the service and staff are engaged and released from the labour authority boss. "
2. Delete paragraph 9. Prime Minister a. Halloween Defence Minister in place of the Minister of Justice of Āboltiņ.
