Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 219 in Riga 2006 (21 March. 23. § 16) procedures for assessing the amount of the operating limits of the specially protected natural areas and mikroliegumo, as well as the cost and rewards Issued are recorded in accordance with the law "on the rights of landowners to compensation for the operating limits of the specially protected natural areas and mikroliegumo" the third paragraph of article 10 and article 11, third part i. 3.3. assessment of the quality of the trees nogabal;

3.5. the best way to restore the forest according to the laws and regulations on forest renewal.
4. 19. 8.3. If the representative tree species nogabal two average grades, at least five trees in proportion to the height of trees collected in that average grade;
8.4. If the representative tree species nogabal three or more average grades, the smallest average grade is determined at least one tree height, average average three degrees, which is the largest gathering of trees, at least three in each of the tree height of the average grade and most average grade is determined at least one tree height (except different and unusual trees average);
8.5. in the average grade of the tree, which determines the height, select only from the valdaudz tree.
9. to determine remuneration in accordance with the provisions of section 4.2, the height is measured only those trees that are included in the remuneration, maintaining the number and the distribution of the average grades.
