According to the competency to drive and implement medical institutions in investment projects, as well as international projects and programs."
2. To express point 4.13 the following: "medical institutions provide 4.13 investment projects and other financial project evaluation, as well as the analysis of the results of the evaluation and monitoring of the implementation of the project;".
3. Supplement with 4.24 points below as follows: "4.24 out medical equipment and surveillance audits of the manufacturer, clinical trials of medical devices and in-use medical equipment control measurements and expertise."
