No 25 63. §) rules on public procurement contract price limits Issued in accordance with the public procurement law article 10 rule 1 defines public procurement contract price limits based on the European Union's international obligations in relation to the contract price limits to be observed by the customer.

2.6. Article 25, first paragraph, point 3, in the case referred to in the 3550844 lat;
2.7. Article 28, first paragraph, third and fourth sentences of the third paragraph of article 28, article 29 of the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth part, as well as article 87 1 of the first subparagraph of point "a" and "b" in the case referred to in subparagraph 3550844 Lati works contracts and 92169 lats, supply and service contracts.
