Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 388, Riga, 16 May 2006 (pr. No 27 17) National Agency "youth basketball teaching centre" Regulations Issued under the public law agency 8. the third paragraph of article i. General questions 1. national agency youth basketball teaching centre "(hereinafter referred to as the Agency) is the Minister of education and science under the supervision of the national regulatory authority. Minister of education and science implemented the Agency's monitoring of the Ministry of education and science. 2. the Agency is designed to promote and coordinate sports policy for children and young people in basketball and guide the work of the youth basketball education institutions of physical development, health and basketball skill. II. Agency functions, tasks and rights 3. the Agency shall have the following functions: 3.1 to support sport policy, children and young people in basketball;
3.2. coordination of the implementation of the sport of basketball. 4. the Agency shall undertake the following tasks: 4.1 cooperation with the Latvian basketball Union draw up and implement children's and youth sports strategy in basketball;
