No 27 54) rules on State test procedures accredited training programmes Issued in accordance with the Education Act, article 15 paragraph 16 and the General Education Act, article 4, point 12 i. Joint national test 83. local education authority is entitled to organise the United State inspection work in the administrative area. XVII.
