Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 464 in Riga, June 6, 2006 (pr. 31 to 42) the amendments to the Cabinet on 1 November 2005, regulations No 819 "rules for direct administration of the membership of the European Union funded programmes for the reinforcement of the institutions" Issued in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Act article 14 equipment, first paragraph, point 3 to make the Cabinet on 1 November 2005, regulations No 819 "rules for direct administration membership of the European Union-funded institution-building in the implementation of the programme" (Latvian journal 176., 2005, no.) the following amendments: 1.
