General questions 1. reserve a central medical equipment database (hereinafter referred to as the base) is the Minister of selīb te the direct regulatory authority. 2. the aim is to provide medical equipment and medicines to State material reserves (hereinafter-reserves). II. Basic functions, tasks and rights 3. 4.10. the economic activities carried out in the maintenance and management of the warehouse. 5. the database has the following rights: 5.1 external laws and regulations established to request and receive, free of charge from the State or local government institutions as well as individuals in the base functions require information;
5.2. According to competence to cooperate with State and local authorities, non-governmental organizations, private individuals, as well as foreign institutions;
5.3. organize and manage seminars, conferences and congresses. III. Database structure 6. Base headed by a Director. The base Director to fulfil Government equipment Act direct authorities managerial functions. 7. the Director shall be appointed and relieved of the post of Health Minister. The base may be a Deputy Director. 8. the Director forms the basis of the internal organisational structure. IV. activities of the rule of law database and reporting database activity 9 rule of law provides the base Director. The base Director is responsible for the management decisions for the creation and operation of the system. 10. the decisions of officials and actual action may be challenged, by the application of base Director. The base of the decision of the Director may appeal to the Court. 11. the Director of the administrative acts issued and actual action, except for this provision, the decision referred to in paragraph 10, the Ministry of health can be a challenge.
