6.5. the station's planned passenger service operations (train ticket sales, baggage acceptance and issuance, passenger boarding the train and getting out of it), as well as cargo operations (the relevant mailing forms and transported goods and the stations sharing sites or pievedceļo). 7. the opening of the station refused, if: 7.1 application contains disclosure of a station of this rule 5. or 6. the information referred to in points;
7.2. the construction of the station is taken into operation, or is invalid for the operation;
7.3. technical condition of the station did not comply with the technical rules of railway operational requirements or there is no way to guarantee traffic safety. 8. traffic Ministry order for disclosure submitted to the Station Manager. Manager within 14 days after receipt of the order shall be published in the newspaper "Latvian journal" and the local newspaper information about station opening, and shall notify this information to the National Rail Administration, which includes the railway station the station index list. 10.3. road safety is at risk. 11. the Ministry of transport ordered the closure of the station shall be submitted to the Manager. 13.6. the name includes the words "the Republic of Latvia", or the translation of a foreign language. 14.
